Heather is a third-generation comprehensively trained Pilates Method Alliance - Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), and Master Trainer (MT), certified on mat and all equipment/apparatus. Classically trained, safe-spine certified and additionally educated and certified in contemporary methods and techniques, Heather strives to connect functionality to the work and equip her clients to progress their practice. She meets her clients where they are and builds upon success while encouraging progression. Soft-spoken with a passion for functional fitness, Heather continues her own practice and study through volunteer work and regular workshops, incuding post-graduate anatomy programs as it relates to movement.

Heather, a native Houstonian and graduate of St. Edward’s University in Austin, is also a hands-on practitioner of Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR), an innovative method of myofascial release which utilizes balls of varying densities to increase functional movement and range of motion. Certified and trained in YBR at the flagship studio in New York City’s West Village, Heather uses her practice to enhance clients' other fitness modalities – toning, aligning, training and elongating muscles and preventing breakdown at any age. She encourages her clients to use YBR as a way of deepening their fitness programming, rehabilitating poor movement patterns, becoming aware of the mind/body connection and establishing pain-free, efficient movement and overall fitness.

She trained the Houston Ballet Academy in both Pilates and Yamuna Body Rolling, she was a corporate wellness consult and is a certified MlWod strength training mobility coach and World Paddle Association stand up paddleboard instructor, USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach and a Titleist Performance Institute Expert, specializing in both fitness and power.  Heather is an active member of the Ladies Golf Association, Pilates Method Alliance, Texas Pilates Association, and The Junior League of Houston.
