Personalized Pilates.  Functional fitness. Each client is afforded individualized attention, precise instruction and a challenging progression in a warm and inviting atmosphere.  Richy, my tiny rescue assistant extroidinaire, enjoys welcoming clients but retreats during sessions.  Should you have any pet allergies or concerns, please let me know.  The modest space provides room for mat work, standing work, reformer and tower, high chair, low chair/wunda chair, baby chair/arm chair, free weights, sand bags and a landmine.  The space is also outfitted with a TRX suspension system, Bosu, bands, balls, rollers,  the "magical" magic circle and McEntire Arcus Bar. 

Clients are provided a personal space for their belongings, always in sight, and are asked to bring sticky socks (if socks are preferred over bare feet), and water. Towels are provided for client's use.  Plenty of natural light is provided, as is front-door parking.
