Movement heals. Finding ease, strength, coordination, balance and organization in movement is the root of the method we know today as Pilates.

A classical approach with the opportunity for modern overlays. Classical Pilates exercises and their intention are taught with room to expand into modern variations to enable everyone to find, feel, understand and accomplish experiencing strength in the work and the exercises.
Full-service or a la carte. Pilates is an amazing body of exercise, encompassing stretch through strength. It functions as the foundation for everything we do from running, cycling, golfing, or boxing to weightlifting, walking, driving, sitting, standing or cooking. We will work together to create a complete exercise program with individualized specific programming, encompassing equipment as well as open chain, mat-based work that can be done at home or while travelling.
I offer personalized opportunities for sessions on the reformer, the chairs, mat, standing and suspension work as well as options to include stretch/release work and mobility coaching and manual therapies such as cupping.
