2025 ITALY Pilates & Yamuna Body Rolling Retreat

Ciao! Join me in Italy for Pilates, food, wine, exploration and relaxation! My annual Pilates Retreat features a special itinerary away from touristy locales and filled with hand-picked, private and personalized, unique local experiences. Located in picturesque Piemonte, Italy, our Villa is beautifully seated in a Unesco heritage Zone, nestled between 5 vineyards. This completely refurbished Piemontese farmhouse has been converted into a spectacular villa with 5 apartments/suites, a common lounge and bar area, modern chef’s kitchen and dining room that seats 12 at a large table. The Villa also houses a cycling storage, changing room and features a state of the art Pilates studio with reformers, towers, Pilates chairs and plenty of mat space. A large garden surrounds the villa and includes two pergolas, a large heated salt water infinity pool, jacuzzi, and solarium/lounge area with deckchairs and sunbeds for additional dining and relaxation options, complete with sweeping views of the rolling hills with rows of fine vines: Moscato, Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, Cortese and Chardonnay.

The Villa respects the architecture and colors of the area. Scattered throughout the villa are artifacts native to the region and it’s culture. Door handles made from bocce balls, dining table made from Italian hardwood. and much of the furniture is beautifully refurbished antiques more than 100 years old. Large wine decanters line the indoor entranceway. The Villa is designed for groups of 10 and features 5 apartments that sleep two guests in either single twin beds or configured as a king. The apartments are completely self-contained with fully equipped kitchens, ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioned bedrooms, Apple TV in the living room and there is high-speed Wi-fi throughout. The closest town is Canelli, 3km (less than 2 miles) away. Neighboring cities in clude Nizza Monferrato, Asti, Alexandria, Acqui Terme and Alba.

This exclusive retreat has been carefully curated to include 6 nights in a luxurious villa in one of the suites/apartments detailed above, reformer Pilates sessions, Yamuna Body Rolling, targeted myofascial release work and facial cupping. Upon interest, add-ons can include e-bike excursions and tours, Titleist Performance Screenings with exercise programming, and in-villa massage with English-speaking masseuse can also be arranged. This region, situated at the foot of the Alps, bordering France and Switzerland, is known for sophisticated cuisine and unparalleled wines. Culinary dining experiences and most meals are included and feature Michelin star restaurants, local agriturismos, in-Villa chef created meals, a private cooking class for our group, wine and winery tours, grappa and gin distillery experience, evening cocktail hours, and visits to nearby towns, markets and sights. Trip further includes roundtrip ground transportation to Milan (MXP). Airfare is not included.
